Risotto with ajvar

You will need

3 tbs
“Granny's Secret” ajvar
200 g
rice
100 g
fresh champignons
1
red pepper
1
vegetable stock cube
1 tbs
soy sauce
3 cloves
garlic
1
onion
1 tbs
olive oil
salt, pepper, basil

Preparation

1.

Fry the garlic and onions.

2.

Add champignons, red pepper and soy sauce.

3.

Cook the rice separately.

4.

Mix the mushrooms and peppers with rice. Season to taste.
