Granny's healthy smoothie

You will need

banana
1 tbs
Chia seeds
100 ml
“Granny's Secret” aronia juice
1/2
lemon

Preparation

1.

Soak 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds for 15min.

2.

Place the banana, lemon juice, “Granny's Secret” blackberry juice and Chia seeds gel into the blender.

3.

Blend thoroughly.
